Pastor Appreciation Golf Tournament Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in Central Florida's Pastor Appreciation Golf Tournament being held on Monday, October 5, 2009. All 288 spots for this event are filled, however we are accepting a limited number of on-line registrations for a waiting list. We do anticipate a limited number of pastors having to withdraw their spot do to unexpected situations that may arise. If you would like to receive a phone call should a spot become available, please fill out the information below in its entirety. This does not guarantee a spot for this event, but it will give you an opportunity to participate should an opening become available. Should an opening occur, we will begin to call those on the waiting list on a first come first serve basis and will give you the details of the event. This phone call will come from the office of Pastor Appreciation Ministries. If an opening does not come available, we will put you on a mailing list and inform you of when the next tournament will be occurring.

In order to participate in the Pastor Appreciation Golf Tournament, you must be a licensed and ordained minister that is either actively serving in a church or is retired. Online Registration is required to register for this event.
